The woman at the counter was nice and greeted me when it was my turn to order. I was very excited seeing all of the donuts to choose from. I was the most excited to see they sell MOCHI DONUTS!!! Not all donut shops carry mochi donuts, I usually have to go to a specialty shop or a mochi donut specific shop. My order: glazed donut (1), maple mochi donut (1), and red velvet donut(1). All for $5 (before tip). The plan: Eat 1 donut now, save the rest for later. Reality: Sit and eat all 3 donuts now *sighs at the lack of self control* But, I do not regret my decision!! :) First up, the ol' classic glazed donut! Nice and fluffy! Perfectly sweetened. I should have asked to heat it a little to melt the glaze a bit. But, not necessary. Delicious!! Definitely would order again! Rating: 10/10 Next, was the maple mochi donut!! This also did not disappoint! It was good from the first bite to the last.. Not as much mochi as I have had at other shops. It was consistent in the taste and texture. I will say the amount of maple I was tasting was above expectation! Nice recovery! It came in the cute design one could expect of a mochi donut. Absolutely divine! If I came back and only had to choose one donut, I would go with this one! I will definitely try chocolate next time! :) Rating: 10/10 Last and third ,but, not least: red velvet! I also enjoyed this donut! It tasted consistent with red velvet cake, in donut form. Didn't taste much of the cream cheese flavor of the glaze. It tasted more like a standard glaze. Definitely would order again! Rating: 8/10 Donut Queen is a small donut shop. There are a few tables available to sit in. There are wooden chairs available outside that you can see looking out of the window. I had a pleasant experience during order, check out was fast, and I loved my donuts! “ We love donut queen! They are conveniently located right off the freeway and always have good service. They usually are pretty busy and line is always out the door but it's worth it. They probably have the best donuts in town and in the surrounding cities. They also offer breakfast sandwiches and burritos. The burrito I wasn't a fan of due to the fact that they use, what taste like, that sliced Kraft cheese and melt it and to me it's disgusting. It'd be better if they used real cheese. But the donuts are amazing. They also recently expanded their menu and offer boba. I'll have to give it a try next time. If you're looking for some good donuts and coffee, this is definitely the place. They have a few seats inside that are clean and outside. Get there early to avoid the long wait and to secure your donuts!! ”
